- OVHC is valid when you hold the corresponding eligible visa.
- For policy cancellations or refunds due to early departure or other reasons, please notify us in advance if you already have a planned date, instead of waiting until your departure, as cancellations cannot be backdated.
- If you need to extend your insurance, please log in to your insurance account and make the payment.
- For any expected changes to your visa, please contact Annalink’s partner for assistance as soon as possible.
- For policy cancellations, Medibank may charge a processing fee and will refund from the date the cancellation request is received.
HOW TO USE YOUR INSURANCE #
- Usage process: In Australia, if you wish to see a doctor, you must first visit a GP (General Practitioner) clinic. If specialist care or hospital admission is needed, the GP will refer you to the appropriate specialist or hospital.
- Find a Direct Billing clinic where you can be billed directly without paying upfront
IN HERE. - If you have to pay for your consultation upfront, please keep all receipts to submit a claim through your online insurance account.
- Register and manage your insurance account:
IN HERE or via the Medibank app.- Once registered and logged in, you can: submit claims online, update personal information (phone number and address), change your password, etc.
